3/8" Hi-Lok® Ratchet

Used to manually install & remove Hi-lok® and Hi-Lite® fasteners. Head is adjustable forwards and backwards to control installation angle. A hole through the head permits use of an Allen wrench. All steel construction. Made in USA.
