Customers may return new and “surplus” stocked items that are unused within 30 days of purchase for a 100% product refund. All freight, custom and duty charges incurred in transaction are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that free or discounted shipping was provided at time of purchase, shipping costs will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will be made in the same funds type as the original purchase.  No credit will be issued for shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.  Non-stock or Special Order items are not returnable.  

All returns must be accompanied by a (RMA#) Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You may request an RMA Number by Contacting Yardstore for return instructions and authorization prior to returning item. We recommend insuring every package sent.  Product must have original packaging, in original condition, without engraving marks and unused.  We will do everything we can to make this process as easy as possible.

NOTE: RMA must be requested no later than 30 Days after Purchase and Returned product must be received back no later than 40 Days of Purchase to Qualify for a refund. Most refunds for returned items are processed within 7 business days following receipt at facility.

If the merchandise you ordered has been damaged in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. It is imperative that we are contacted immediately in order for the merchandise to be returned and replaced. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect package upon delivery for damage and note any damage to item or packaging. Damages to package that are not noted on bill of lading may void your claim.

General Warranty information:

 LIMITED WARRANTY (Internet Purchases) 

Yardstore will at its option replace or refund the purchase price of products sold by it within thirty days following shipping for catalog and internet orders and delivery for 10th Street location on site purchases which are defective in materials or workmanship.  This limited warranty does not apply to cosmetic finishes on tools or special orders other than from Yardstore inventory on hand.  Return and replacement shipping charges shall be paid by the purchaser.  This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is the sole remedy in the event of defect or otherwise.
