The First battery operated right angle drill designed for aircraft work. Ike Tools listened to technicians and has introduced a (patent pending) battery operated right angle drill designed to accept standard threaded 1/4” x 28” drill bits. This drill was designed by Ike Tools for the maintenance technician who either does not have compressed air readily available or is frustrated with cumbersome air hose in their workspace.
The Ike Rover 90 degree aircraft drill weighs under 2 pounds with the battery installed. The tool has a featherable trigger with up to 4,000 RPM, a soft grip handle and a long life lithium battery. The drill is sold in a FOD style hard case designed to store an extra battery if purchased separately.
