This is our longest file. The long length means less operator work. However, if clearance is a challenge, or you need to file less material, you may find our 10" or 12" file ideal.

In addition to application in the building and repair of aircraft, this is a popular body file. We offer a file holder to help you hold, bend, conform the file.

Choosing a double cut versus single cut file

A single cut file cuts only in one direction. If you need to shave in multiple directions, you’ll need one of our double cut files. The advantage a single cut has over a double cut is that a single cut is deeper, allowing fewer strikes to shave the same amount.
