The Model 6600 nutplate drill is a pneudraulic hand tool specially made for precise drilling and countersinking 2 holes simultaneously for the eventual attachment of nutplate fasteners. The tool uses a pneumatic piston, hydraulic feed control, and an expandable collet to clamp & feed the twin drill spindles through a workpiece at a controlled & adjustable speed.  The tool is configured at 6000 RPM.

• The front spindle support is adjustable to allow for easy reconfiguration.
• Modular feet allow for easy maintenance or reconfiguration.
• Rear spindle support, 3 variants with different spacing to minimize flex shaft deflection and extend the service life of bushings.
• Replaceable front spindle part, easily removed and replaced due to unrecoverable broken drill bits.
• Front spindle support flipped for spacing.
